Combining Restorative Justice Practices in a Community Organizing Framework

Moving forward, we suggest that the Gros Institute utilize a community organizing framework – focused on deep listening, relationship-building, shared goals, and mobilizing community – to facilitate the social action envisioned during the creation of the Gros Institute.

We will then utilize RJ practices to build relationship and bring the communities together. Utilized in tandem, these two strategies will help the Institute to begin more actively working toward justice. Share ➤
